Overview
This article explains how to add, edit or delete cookie information displayed in your Juniper Website's Privacy Policy page. The cookie information is stored in tables. This information cannot be directly managed from the Policy Policy page, instead, you have to edit it from the Cookie List in Juniper Websites.
Prerequisites
You must be an administrator to manage the Cookie List.
Instructions
To access the list, view cookie details, add new cookies, edit existing cookies and delete cookie entries:
- Select Cookies and Privacy from the Website tab:
- Select Cookie List:
The Cookie List window opens: - Review the content, by using the navigation filters at the top of the page:
- To edit an existing cookie in the list (as needed), select the edit icon next to the cookie:
- To delete a cookie entry in the list (as needed), select the delete icon next to the cookie:
- To add additional cookies to the list select Add Cookie:
The Add Cookie window opens: - Either select a Predefined Cookie Value from the list to populate the values in the window:
- Or manually enter the Cookie Title, Cookie Provider, Cookie IDs, Cookie Type and Cookie Description.
- Select Save.
Outcome
Any changes you have made are reflected in the appropriate section of the Privacy Policy, for example, if you add details for the Google Translate cookie, the Functional Cookies section will list information about the cookie.
After updating your cookie settings, check your Privacy Policy page to ensure everything has been updated as expected (see Juniper Websites: How do I view and edit my website's Privacy Policy page?).
