Overview
This article explains how to export page and document review data to your device from your Juniper Website. If a document review has been set for a file, the review date and reviewer name will be included in the CSV file that is downloaded.
Prerequisites
- You must be an Administrator to use this functionality.
- The Document Review feature must be enabled on your website. Contact us if you would like to add this feature to your site.
Instructions
Follow these instructions to download a CSV file including details of all your page and document review details:
- Select Export Data from the Website tab:
- Select Page and Document Reviews:
Outcome
The file is downloaded into your downloads folder (typically My Downloads) as a CSV file that can be viewed, edited and analysed in a spreadsheet program, for example, Microsoft Excel. The tabular view contains each file's name, review date, and reviewer name for all files that have been reviewed.
