Overview
This article explains how to delete slideshow images from File Manager.
How your website was originally set up determines how you edit your slideshow. If your website has the Homepage Slideshow option in the Website tab under Custom Data, visit Juniper Websites: Editing a Custom Homepage Slideshow to learn how to manage your slideshow. If your website does not have this option, follow the instructions below.
Prerequisites
You must be an Administrator to manage slideshow images.
Instructions
You may want to download a copy of the image to your device before you delete it in case you need to reuse the image in the future / revert your changes.
To delete a slideshow image:
- Locate the image in File Manager.
- Roll your mouse over the image and select the delete icon:
- When prompted, select Delete to confirm the deletion:
Outcome
The image is deleted. The slideshow will update instantly to reflect the deleted image, but it may take a little while to disappear due to page caching.
