Juniper Websites: How do I copy a page into multiple sections of my website?

Overview

This article explains how you can use Location Manager to create copies of pages, photo albums and news articles in multiple places across your website. When the original item is updated, it will also be updated in the copies. This saves you time and ensures consistency of information across your website.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to the item you would like to add to another location.
  2. Select Location Manager from the Edit tab to open the Location Manager window:Location Manager.gif
In the left-hand column, the primary location for your page is displayed.
  3. Using the sitemap in the right-hand column, navigate to the area where you would like a copy of the page to appear.
  4. Select to highlight the location.
  5. Select Add to create a new copy of the item in that area. The left-hand column will display all locations where copies of your page have been created.
  6. Save your changes.

Outcome

The page will now be copied to the locations you have selected. When you update the original copy, changes will reflect everywhere the page is copied.
