Juniper Websites: How do I put an existing form in a webpage?

Overview

This article explains how to embed an existing form into your webpage using the Inline Form Component. Below is an example of an embedded contact form:

Prerequisites

You must have previously created a form to add it to your webpage.

Instructions

  1. Select Components in the Edit tab:
    Insert Content Block
  2. Select Website Content > Inline Form. 
  3. The Add Component window opens:
    • To display a title above your component, check Include Title, and enter the title text.
    • Select Browse next to select the Source form. From the tree view of your site choose the form to embed on your page, then select Select.
  4. Select OK.

Outcome

The form is now added to your webpage.
