Before you can create a hyperlink to another part of your website, you must first create the Anchor Tag. See Juniper Websites: How do I add a link to a specific section on a page using an Anchor Tag?
Instructions

- Highlight the text to use for the hyperlink.
- Select the Edit tab.
- Select the Link icon to open the Link Info window:
- Select the Link Type as Link to anchor in the text:
- Select By Anchor Name to select the anchor tag for the hyperlink.
- Select OK to close the Link window.
