If you are a member of MAT/School staff, a pupil/student or a parent/guardian you should direct your request to your MAT/School not to Juniper direct as it is the Data Controller’s (Juniper customer) responsibility. If the Data Controller wishes Juniper to take action to assist with a SAR or other rights request, they should contact Juniper’s Data Protection Officer (DPO).
