Insights - Focus Area
Using drop down at the top, you can switch to the 'Insights' focus area. If your Trust has the Key Stage 4 dashboard as well, there will be the option to choose between the two key stages on the left hand side.
Selecting KS5, you can click on 'Overview' which will display the 'KS5 - Overview' report providing a quick summary of data across your trust for key headline measures, including Value Added, AAB/Facilitating and also Level 3 Attainment Measures. You can drill down into these headline measures for more detail and as well as viewing data across the trust, you can also break down things by schools and pupil characteristics.
The report menu allows different reports to be selected, each with a set of filters that can be applied via the dropdowns across the top. The charts within reports can be downloaded, if required, using the cloud icon.
Note: Further guidance on downloading reports can be found within our How can I download charts in the reports? article.

Value Added, Level 3 Attainment and AAB/Facilitating Subjects Reports
Once in a key measure report, as well as viewing data across the trust, you can also break these down by Schools and by Pupil Characteristics as well as changing the report format to show charts and tables.
Each of the reports will have further filters relevant to the data in the report being viewed.
| Note: If one or more schools are not showing any Value Added figures, we'd recommend asking a Sisra Administrator in the relevant schools to take a look at the steps in our guide linked here. |
Subjects report
Subject data across the trust can also be viewed from the 'Subjects' report, displayed in different tables based on the grading systems in use, along with DfE-based Value Added scores which provide an indication of progress within each of the subjects studied in your trust.
Subject data can be viewed by School or by Pupil Characteristics - these options must be used in conjunction with the 'Select Subject' filter.
The default table view is counts of grades but the report can be set to Show Percentages and Show Cumulative.
Clicking on a Subject this allows you to view individual subjects one at a time, broken down by Schools within the Trust or again, by Pupil Characteristics
Filters
Within all of the MAT dashboard reports you can filter down to particular groups of students or even specific schools within your trust.
You can access the filters using the filter icon on the top right of the report, from here you have the option to filter by Gender, Disadvantaged, SEN and Schools.
Note: Further guidance on filtering within reports can be found within our How do I filter reports? article.

Data Collection Management
The 'Settings' area provides details of the number of Schools Contributing to each Data Collection, allows you to select whether the data collection is Displayed in Reports and choose which data collection is displayed as 'Default'.
Setting a default Data Collection means your users will then always land on that Data Collection when they log into the report or switch between year groups.
Note: Further guidance on data collection can be found within our Data Collection Management Settings article.
