Sisra Analytics: How do I publish with the 2025 Data Collaboration? (Admin)

This article explains how to publish with the 2025 Data Collaboration.

Prerequisites

You must be an administrator.

Instructions

To publish the reports with data from the 2025 Data Collaboration, please follow the steps outlined below:

To check that you have completed the data collaboration set up
1. Select DATA.
2. Select Keystage 3/4.
3. Select the Cohort.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the window to locate the Data Collaboration status indicators:
5. Check that the Setup progress indicator is 100%. Select > next to Setup to view the details as required:
6. Check that the Publish indicator is 100%. Select > next to Publish to make sure Students and KS2/EAP have been published:
  
  If the Setup value is not 100%, select the progress bar to view the area that has not passed the setup checks. Continue the setup process to complete this. For further information, see Sisra Analytics: Setting up the Sisra Data Collaboration (Admin).
To publish your reports with the 2025 Data Collaboration:
1. Select DATA.
2. Select Keystage 3/4.
3. Select the Cohort.
4. Select Grades.
5. Select Publish Grades.
6. Select Publish next to your chosen data set:
7. The publishing window opens:
  1. Select 2025 Collab for the Data Collaboration to produce related report features, for example, SPI and Collaborative headlines.
  2. Select 2025 Collab - Exams for A8 Estimates and VA Estimates to produce Progress 8 and EBacc Value Added figures using estimates based on all opted-in Sisra schools and their 24/25 exam results.
    
    If you can't select these options, recheck that the Data Collaboration setup / publishing requirements are complete.
  3. Select Publish.
