Sisra Analytics: What do I replace a KS2 Scaled Score of B, N, or a TA Outcome with? (Admin)

This article explains what you can substitute for a Key Stage 2 score of N, B, or a Teacher Assessment Outcome.

Following the DfE's Autumn Checking Exercises, students with a KS2 score of B or N must be assigned a nominal scaled score based on their Teacher Assessment Outcome. These nominal scaled scores are numeric values between 59 and 79.

The points in the table below will be awarded for each teacher assessment outcome, taken from the DfE's KS4 Secondary accountability measures guidance (page 28 onwards).

If you have outcomes not listed below, or if you're unsure about what to replace them with, confirm with the DfE directly.

* The years are based on when the cohort finished KS2. So if working with 2023/24 Year 11 Leavers, for example, the 2019 points should be used.
