Overview
This article explains how you can manually edit a KS3/4 student's baselines.
Prerequisites
You must be an administrator.
Instructions
Follow these steps to edit a student's baseline data:
- Select DATA.
- Select KS3/4 for the Key Stage.
- Select the Cohort.
- Select KS2/EAP.
- Select Baselines:
- Select Grade Count for the Subject where you need to add the Baseline, for example, KS2 Maths Scaled Score:
This opens the Baseline Details window: - Scroll down to the student list and select Edit Grades.
- Enter the updated value in the textbox:
- Select Save.
Outcome
The baseline has been saved for the student.
This process can be repeated for other baseline subjects, for example, KS2 Reading Scaled Scores, if the student's baseline score has been updated there too.
For the change to take effect in the reports, republish KS2/EAP data and all datasets/assessments from GRADES > Publish Grades.
