Overview

This article explains how to manually add Key Stage 2 data for a Key Stage 3/4 student.

Prerequisites

You must be an administrator.

Instructions

Follow these steps to add KS2 data for a KS3/4 student:

1. Select DATA.
2. Select KS3/4 for the Key Stage.
3. Select the Cohort.
4. Select KS2/EAP.
5. Select Baselines:
   
6. Select Grade Count for the Subject where you need to add the Baseline, for example, KS2 Maths Scaled Score:
   
   This opens the Baseline Details window:
   
7. Scroll down to the student list and select Add Grade.
   
8. From the Add Grade For KS2 Maths Scaled Score window:
   
   
   1. Select a Student.
   2. In Grade, enter the student's score.
   3. Select Add.
9. Enter the updated value in the textbox:
   
10. Select Save.

Outcomes

The baseline has been saved for the student. 

This process can be repeated for other baseline subjects, for example, KS2 Reading Scaled Scores, if the student's baseline score needs to be added there too.

For the change to take effect in the reports, republish KS2/EAP data and all datasets/assessments from GRADES > Publish Grades.
