How to send a MarvellousMe to the whole school, whole classes or individual pupils, including how to attach files (e.g. School newsletters, notices)

  • Go to Message and Awarding.
  • Select the relevant pupil(s) e.g. whole school, a class or an individual.
  • Select the Type of MarvellousMe you want to send (Activity, Badge or Message)
  • Select the relevant topic/icon.
  • Select the Sender (you may be sending the MarvellousMe on behalf of another staff member or choose your name/office).
  • Write your message (300-character limit and can include hyperlinks).
  • If relevant, upload a media file: photo, video, voice recording or PDF document
  • Select Send and Confirm.

 

You can also send attachments if required, however, there is a file size limit of 20mb and you can only add one attachment per message.
