By default, the Average Outcome in the Reports will be calculated by rounding down the figures.
If you prefer for your Average Outcomes to be calculated using conventional rounding method (where the average outcome is rounded to the nearest outcome), this can be changed in Admin > Settings > Preferences.
Click the Reports tab and scroll down to the 'Rounding' section and click on 'Standard Rounding'. The change will be applied automatically to all Outcome Sets in the Reports.
