Within Sisra Observe you can choose your preferred colour theme from a palette, to closer reflect the theme you would like to use for your school or organisation. This would change the general colours and bars of the menus throughout (such as the top bars which are blue in the screenshot below). 

To change this for all users, go to Admin > Settings > Preferences > Theme tab. Here you can select the most suitable colour theme from the options available, then click ‘Apply Theme’.

For example, the grey and red themes are displayed below:
