Horizons: Why am I not able to select SEN as an available row within the Cohort Report?

If, as per the screenshot below, you are unable to view 'SEN' within the 'ADD ROWS' section of the Cohort Report this is because you have not activated the SEN function within the School Options section of Pupil Asset.

 

 To resolve this issue simply follow these steps

  • From the Pupil Asset homepage click on Admin
  • You will now be on the School Information page
  • Scroll down to the section 'System Options'
  • Locate the field 'Special Needs' and toggle to the ON option
  • Press SAVE
  • As per the screenshot below you will see that SEN is now available to select with the Cohort Report.
