Occasionally you might find that the roll call widget shows incorrect numbers, or does not go green once all the marks have been completed.
In the above example every pupil in Giraffe class has a mark but the widget shows as yellow (incomplete)
If the roll call widget is showing as yellow despite all pupils having an attendance mark, you need to check group numbers/group history. The numbers displayed in the roll call widget are taken from Group History (a count of the number of pupils with open membership in a group - it ignores pupil status)
Go to Pupils > Groups > go into the Class >History
Find the pupil who has left the group, but still has open group membership - this will usually be an Archived pupil, but might be a pupil who has changed class.
Click Edit at the bottom of the list. Add in the end date.
The numbers on the Roll Call widget should now be correct.
