Navigating within the KS5 Reports

Once in a KS5 report, you can navigate to your desired report in just three clicks:
	Choose a Report		Choose a View and Performance Level		Choose how to Group the data

What does the Performance Level control?

When selecting a view (e.g. On Track, Grade Summary, etc.) in selected reports, you can also select the performance level - which determines the qualifications displayed for analysis, allowing you to switch between those shown. The options available here will depend on the type of qualifications with grades uploaded into the selected data set, however these can include:

• Level 3 - Displays Level 3 qualifications taken, e.g. GCE A Level and AS Levels, EPQs, etc.
• Tech Cert - Displays L1 / L2 Technical Certificate qualifications taken.
• GCSE / Other - Displays GCSE or other qualifications taken that do not fit into the performance levels listed above, for example Level 1 and Entry Levels.
