How do I switch between schools?

Overview

If you have access to more than one school, for example, if you work within a Trust, you can switch between each school account without signing out. This article explains how to switch schools from any Juniper Education JoinUp product, and how to choose a school when you sign in, when you have access to multiple school accounts. 

Prerequisites

  • You must have an account for more than one school registered to the same email address.

Switch schools from the menu

Follow these steps to switch schools while you're signed into a Juniper Education product:

  1. Select your user profile avatar in the top right of the page:

  2. In the menu, find the Other accounts list:

    The account you are currently using appears at the top of the menu with the word Active next to it in a green lozenge. 

  3. Select the school / Trust account you want to switch to:

Follow these steps to choose a school as you sign in.

  1. Sign in to your Juniper Education account as normal (see Portal: How do I log into Portal?).

  2. If your account is linked to more than one school, the Select Your Account page appears:

  3. Select the school / Trust you want to open from the Your Accounts list:
