Intelligence
Overview
Intelligence has three tiers. Each one builds on the last, giving you more detail about the indicators. This article explains each of the three tiers.
Prerequisites
- You must be an Account Owner or Account Admin to move between tiers.
Comparing the tiers
| Tier | What you see | How to get it |
| Intelligence Indicators | An indication of those groups that will benefit intervention, based on your Sonar Tracker or Sisra Analytics data. |
Intelligence Indicators is available for free. An Account Owner or Account Admin activates it for the school and individual users. |
| Intelligence Evidence | The specific pupils and evidence behind each indicator are displayed in Intelligence Evidence, so you can see the evidence for yourself. |
Intelligence Evidence is available through a paid for annual subscription. An Account Owner or Account Admin purchases an annual subscription to Intelligence Evidence from within Intelligence Indicators. |

Moving between tiers
You don't need to contact Customer Support to move between tiers, as everything is available directly from within Intelligence:
