When inviting new users, their Portal-level role reflects the highest role they hold across their subscribed products (this falls back to Minimal Edit except where Account Admin / Account Owner apply). For existing users, Portal access is set to Account Owner / Account Admin if they already have an Account Admin / Account Owner role for another product.
