MIS: How do I view a staff member's contacts?

Overview

This article explains how to view a staff member's contacts (for example, emergency contacts and next of kin) from their staff record.

Prerequisites

  • You must have the appropriate permissions assigned to your Juniper account to view contacts for a specified member of staff. 

Instructions

Follow these steps to view a staff member's contacts:

  1. Select Staff.
  2. Select All Staff.
  3. Find the member of staff whose contacts you want to view, then select their Full Name.
  4. Select the Contacts tab:

Outcome

The Contacts for the selected member of staff are listed:

Select a Contact Name to view their details:

From the Contact details, you can select Edit to update any information (in the same way that you would if you had accessed the record from All Contacts).
