- Select
to expand the view.
-
Select Schedule a check-in:
-
From Schedule a check-in:
- Select the Check-in type.
- Select / enter a Start at date.
- Enter a Start at time.
-
Select a Duration.
Do not check Would you like to repeat this check-in if you are creating check-ins to support probation reviews. This feature only supports weekly / monthly recurrences, which do not align to probation procedures.
- Select Next.
- From the Check-in preview, review the check-in details and optionally, attach any notes and talking points, then select Save.
Outcome
The check-in has been scheduled. The attendees receive a notification that a check-in has been booked and can view any talking points. They will also be able to add their own talking points before the check-in is started.
Repeat the steps above for subsequent reviews.
