Juniper Websites: How do I set up my website news articles to be viewed in the Juniper App?

Overview

This article explains how to configure your Juniper Websites so that any news articles that you publish to your website are automatically published in the Juniper App. When configured, any published news articles created in Juniper Websites will be visible to parents who are logged into the Juniper App, and to staff members within the News / All News section of Comms Hub.

Prerequisites

Your Juniper Website must be accessible through Juniper's Join Up platform (it is available for selection in your App Switcher), and you must subscribe to the Communicate module.
You must be an Administrator in Juniper Websites.
Automatic Approvals for News in the Settings / Feeds / Approvals part of Comms Hub must be toggled on (enabled). If this is toggled off (default state), any news articles published on your website must be manually approved in Comms Hub before they are published to the Juniper App. For further information, see Juniper Websites: How do I enable or disable the automatic approval of news and newsletters?

Instructions

Follow these steps to configure your Juniper Websites so that any published news articles are also published to the Juniper App:

From Juniper Websites, select Add-Ons:
From Add-Ons, select Juniper Parent App:
From Juniper Parent App Settings, ensure that the News tab is selected:
From the News tab:
1. Check one or more news pages to publish to the Juniper App, for example, as shown above, Latest News.
2. Select Save.

Outcome

A message is displayed confirming that your selections have been saved:

Any news articles will be visible to parents in the Juniper App as well as through your Juniper Website. You can check this through either the Juniper App, or through the News / All News section of Comms Hub.
