People First: How do I request access for a new user?

To request access for a new People First user (to register a new member of staff as a system user), Submit a request to Juniper Education (raise a Zendesk ticket), providing the following information:

  1. The employee's name.
  2. Reason for access requirement.
  3. Type of user access required:
    • Standard employee access (for viewing payslips).
    • Standard employee access (for access to own personal details if you also subscribe to People First HR).
    • Full-school administrator access.
