Overview
This article explains how to sign in to People First using two-factor authentication (2FA).
Before using People First for the first time, an activation link will be sent to you by email. Follow the link and instructions to set up your new employee account and sign in for the first time. The activation link is only valid for 72 hours, therefore, we recommend you create your new employee account as soon as possible after receiving the email.
Instructions
Follow these steps to sign in:
- Open People First in your browser,using the internet address (URL) provided in your account activation confirmation email.
- Select Personal Account.
- When prompted, enter your registered Email Address and Password, then select Sign In.
- Enter your verification code from your authenticator app when prompted into Enter your code (for example, Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator), then select Verify:

The system will open on the News page after you have successfully signed in to the system:
If you would prefer a different page to open, select the settings cog in the bottom left corner of the page and select an alternative Landing Page.
