Overview

This article explains how through Grades Management, you can:

• Delete all grades or Attitude to Learning (AtL) judgements for a qualification, either for multiple datasets at once or individually.
• Delete a qualification entirely after removing all grades / Attitude to Learning (AtL) judgements.

Only delete a qualification completely if it was created or uploaded in error, for example, if it's a duplicate qualification. 

Data deletion in Sisra Analytics cannot be undone - proceed with caution.

Instructions

Follow these steps to delete a qualification:

1. Select DATA.
2. Select Key Stage.
3. Select Cohort.
4. Select Grades.
5. Select Grades Management.
6. Select Manage Qualifications.
7. Select a qualification to continue:
   
8. Check the dataset(s) for the qualification you want to delete in the Select column:
   
9. Select Delete Selected (this will only be visible if the grade counts are zero):
   

10. You are prompted to confirm the deletion:
    

    Select Delete, if there are no grades or AtL judgements for this qualification across any data sets, or if all data sets and assessment collections are selected.

Outcome

The qualification is removed from all pages in the Data area for the selected cohort. The deleted qualification will no longer appear on your Matching page.

After deleting a qualification, republish your grades to update your reports. The qualification will no longer appear for analysis.
