Sisra Analytics: How do I copy / move grades? (Admin)

Overview

This article explains how to copy or move grades from one qualification to another within the same data set / assessment collection. You may want to do this when grades have been accidentally uploaded to the wrong qualification, or if you only collect assessments for one qualification in a subject area and would like to copy them into another qualification in the same subject area.

Instructions

The example below is for copying grades in KS3/4, but the process is the same for both copying and moving in KS3/4 and KS5.

Follow these steps to move / copy grades:

  1. Select DATA.
  2. Select Key Stage.
  3. Select Cohort.
  4. Select Grades.
  5. Select Grades Management to open the Manage Datasets page.
  6. Select a data set or assessment collection:
  7. Select Grades Count for the grades that you want to move / copy to another qualification:
  8. From Grades Management Details:
    1. Scroll to the students' grades table.
    2. Select the student's whose grades you want to move / copy. Either:
      1. Select the checkbox next to Grade to select the first 100 grades:

You are limited to move / copy 100 grades at a time. If you choose this approach and you have more than 100 grades, you must repeat Step 8 and Step 9 to move / copy all grades.

      2. Select the checkbox next to individual grades to select them one-by-one:
    3. Either select Copy (to copy grades) or select Move (to move grades):
  9. When prompted, to copy / move grades:
    1. Select the destination.
    2. Select Copy / Move.

      This cannot be undone.

Outcome

The grades are copied / moved to the destination that you selected.

After all grades have been copied / moved, republish your grades to update your reports.
