Overview
This article explains how to manually add a few grades from the Grades Management area in Sisra Analytics.
Instructions
The example below details adding grades in KS3/4 through Manage Datasets, but the process is the same for KS5. Grades can also be added through Manage Students, where you will be presented with a list of students with a grade uploaded in the qualification.
Follow these steps to add grades:
- Select DATA.
- Select Key Stage.
- Select Cohort.
- Select Grades.
- Select Grades Management to open the Manage Datasets page.
- Select a data set or assessment collection:
- Select Grades Count for the qualification where you want to add grades:
- From Grades Management Details:
- Scroll to the students' grades table.
- Ensure the Grade column is selected:
- Select Add Grade:
- From Add Grade For:
- Select the name of the Student.
- Review the date, adding or select a different one as required.
- Enter a Grade.
- Select Add.
- Repeat Step 4 for each student who you want to add a grade for.
Outcome
The new grades that you add are saved and listed in the table. They are then checked, and warning icons are displayed next to grades where issues are identified. For help resolving the issues, see Sisra Analytics: How do I fix the different warnings in Grades Management? (Admin).
After you manually add grades, republish your grades to update your reports.
