Overview

This article explains how you can manage Qualifications in the Grades Management area of Sisra Analytics. This page displays the counts of Grades and AtL Judgements in each dataset for the Qualification you select.

Prerequisites

• The qualification must exist on the Matching page.

Instructions

Follow these steps to manage Qualifications in Grades Management:

1. Select DATA.
2. Select Key Stage.
3. Select Cohort.
4. Select Grades.
5. Select Grades Management.
6. Select Manage Qualifications:
   
7. From Manage Qualifications, Select a qualification to continue:
   

Outcome

The Manage Qualifications loads with details for the selected qualification:

From the Manage Qualifications, for the selected qualification you can:

1. View counts of grades and AtL judgements per dataset.
2. Select counts to view student-level grades and edit as needed.
3. To delete grades / AtL.

4. You can remove erroneous grade uploads and delete mistaken qualifications.

   If all grades are deleted, the qualification is removed from the Matching page.
