Overview
This article explains how to add a newsletter, in PDF format, to a newsletter page.
Prerequisites
- You must have created a Newsletters page (see Juniper Websites: How do I create a newsletters page?).
- The newsletter you want to add must be saved as a PDF. You can do this through most newsletter creation software.
Instructions
To add a PDF newsletter to a newsletters page:
- Locate and open your Newsletters page, ready for editing. If you have multiple Newsletters pages, select the one where you want to add the new newsletter, if it is not already open:
- Either:

Drag and drop your PDF file from your device to the Upload Attachment area of the page:
- Select the Upload Attachment area of the page. Using your device's File Manager, select the PDF file of your choice to upload.

- After the attachment has uploaded, optionally:
- Change the label for the newsletter by overtyping its name.
- Select a document reviewer.
- Change the label for the newsletter by overtyping its name.

Outcome
The file is visible in the School Newsletters page. Viewers can select the PDF link for the newsletter to view its contents in a new window.
