Overview
This article explains how to display random cartoon avatars to represent pupils within the Whiteboard View instead of their photographs. By default, avatars are used in the Whiteboard View within the Classes part of Comms Hub, however, this may have been switched to Photographs in the past.
Prerequisites
- You must have the appropriate permissions (Account owner or Full Edit) to update the way pupils are represented in the Whiteboard View.
Instructions
From Comms Hub:
- Select Settings.
- Select Interactions.
- Select Avatars.
- Toggle the switch STATUS on:
Outcome
Your changes will be automatically saved. When a teacher opens the Whiteboard View, pupils are represented using a random cartoon avatar:
