MIS: How do I see a list of users assigned to each role?

This article explains how to view a list of users for a role. 

Prerequisites

  • You must be an administrator.

Instructions

To see a list of users for a role in the MIS:

  1. Select Manage.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Roles to open the Roles List:
  4. Locate the Role tile that you want to check for the names of assigned users. You can see a summary of users assigned the Role:
  5. Select View Role.
  6. Select Assigned Users:

Outcome

A list comprising all the users assigned the role in the MIS is displayed:
