How do I view classes and registers for 2025/2026 academic year in Pupil Asset / Horizons?

This article explains how to view registers and classes for the 2025/2026 academic year in Pupil Asset / Horizons.

Instructions

Select an accordion based on what you want to do:

  • Follow these steps to view registers for the next academic year:
    1. Open Registers.

    2. Set the filter to Whole School.

    3. Set the Archive to 2025/26.

    4. Select OK on the error message regarding cannot span over two academic years:

  • Follow these steps to view classes for the next academic year:
    1. Open Pupils.
    2. Select Groups.

    3. Select Today or 25/26 as a whole:

  • Follow these steps to print a report of the classes:
    1. Open Office.
    2. Select Reports.

    3. Select Class List:

    4. Edit the filter to match the screenshot below:

    5. Select Print or Download on the top red bar.

Outcome

You can now view registers and classes for the 2025/2026 academic year, and print or download a class list report in Pupil Asset / Horizons.
