MIS: How do I edit / update a staff member?

Overview

This article explains how to edit / update a staff member's details that are stored in their staff profile / record.

Instructions

Follow these steps to update a staff member's details in Juniper MIS:

  1. Select Staff.
  2. Select All Staff.
  3. Locate the staff member in the list that you want to make changes to.
  4. Select the staff member's Full Name to open their profile / record:
  5. When their profile / record opens, select the appropriate tab for the information you want to update, and then select Edit:
  6. Make your changes.

    When you edit the Personal Details of a staff profile / record for the first time, you must complete some additional fields before saving your changes. These are: Legal Surname, Legal Forename, Date of Birth, and Employment Start Date.

  7. Select Save.
  8. Repeat Steps 5 - 7 for each tab as required.

Outcome

Your changes to the staff profile are saved. A message confirming this is displayed:
