Overview
This article explains how to view a list of all notes added to Juniper MIS relating to a specific member of staff.
Instructions
From within Juniper MIS:
- Select Staff.
- Select All Staff.
- Locate the staff member in the list.
- Select the staff member's Full Name to open their record:
- Select the Notes tab:
Outcome
A list of notes relating to chosen staff member are displayed:
- Select a note to view or edit / update it (see MIS: How do I add / edit a note about a staff member?).
- Select Show Emergency Information to view the staff member's emergency contact details and other related information.
