Overview
This article explains how a parent can change / reset their password through the Parent App if they have forgotten it.
Prerequisites
- The parent must know their Parent App registered email address (the one that your pupil's school has recorded for you).
- The parent must have access to your registered email address.
Instructions
Follow these steps to reset your password:
- Open the Juniper Education app on your device.
- Select Forgot your password?:
- Enter the Email address for your account.
- Select Submit.
Outcome
The password reset request will be processed. Follow the guidance in the email to reset your password.
Passwords must be at least 8 characters long. Additionally, the password must include at least one lowercase letter (a-z), one uppercase letter (A-Z), one number (0-9), and one special character.
