Overview
This article explains how to add a Medical Condition Category within Juniper MIS. Categories are used when recording medical conditions on pupil records.
Prerequisites
- You must have Account Admin or Account Owner permissions to add a Medical Condition Category.
Instructions
Open Medical Condition Categories
From the Juniper MIS:
- Select Manage.
- Select Medical.
- Select Categories.
Add a Medical Condition Category
From Medical Condition Categories:
- Select Create:
- In Create Category:
- Enter a Category Name.
- If the category you are creating is for a medical condition considered a food allergy, check Food Allergy.
- Select Save.
Outcome
The Medical Condition Category is created:
