MIS: How do I add a Medical Condition Category?

Overview

This article explains how to add a Medical Condition Category within Juniper MIS. Categories are used when recording medical conditions on pupil records. 

Prerequisites

  • You must have Account Admin or Account Owner permissions to add a Medical Condition Category.

Instructions

Open Medical Condition Categories

From the Juniper MIS:

  1. Select Manage.
  2. Select Medical.
  3. Select Categories.

Add a Medical Condition Category

From Medical Condition Categories:

  1. Select Create:
  2. In Create Category:
    1. Enter a Category Name.
    2. If the category you are creating is for a medical condition considered a food allergy, check Food Allergy.
    3. Select Save.

Outcome

The Medical Condition Category is created:
