Overview

This article explains how to check if a parent or contact has unsubscribed from receiving emails through the Dashboard in the Add-Ons part of Juniper Websites. 

Prerequisites

1. You must be an administrator.

Instructions

Follow these steps to check if a parent or contact has unsubscribed from receiving your emails:

1. Select the Add-ons tab.

2. Scroll down and select Data Dashboard:

   

3. From the Data Dashboard, select Emails:
   
4. Scroll down the email page and locate the email that you sent to check whether a parent has unsubscribed from receiving future emails:
   
5. Select View:
   

Outcome

A page detailing how many emails have been delivered, opened and failed is shown. Those emails that have failed are divided into two lists: those that have been bounced and those that have not been delivered because an individual has unsubscribed:

The names of individual contacts that have unsubscribed are clearly displayed with their email addresses:
