Overview
This article explains how to view the badges a pupil has been awarded and optionally download a personalised certificate for the badge.
You can view badges awarded for pupils in the current academic year for all your classes. If you are looking at previous academic years, you will only be able to see the classes that you taught in that academic year. You will only be able to see badges for pupils that you taught in those previous years, not the pupils you currently teach (unless you previously taught them in other classes).

Follow these steps to view the badges that a pupil has been awarded from Comms Hub:
- Select Awards and Activities.
- Select Classes.
- Select the pupil's Class:
- The Class page loads, which includes a summary of each pupil's Badges:
- Select the pupil's Name to drill down into the specific badges recorded.
Outcome
The Badges tab displays all badges awarded to the pupil, including the date, badge type, reason and parental engagement. Additionally, the Read Receipt column shows whether the badge was Sent to parents and whether they have Opened it in the Juniper Education App:
Select the icon under Certificate to download a personalised certificate in PDF format. The certificate comprises an image of the badge, it's name, the name of the pupil, the comment that you entered, your name, the school's name and the date that the badge was awarded. These can be viewed and printed as required:
