The KS5 Headline Trends report provides interactive year-on-year comparison of your historical Exam headline performance (up to the last 5 years, either including or excluding COVID years), at a click of a button. This includes the following measures:
- Performance Cohorts & Level 3 Value Added (L3 Overall, A Level, Academic, Applied General, Tech Level, Tech Cert and T Level)
- Best 3 A Levels
- AAB (Facilitating)
- English/Maths Progress
KS5 Headline Trends
To access the Headline Trends Report, click REPORTS > KS5 and then ‘VIEW THE HEADLINE TRENDS REPORT’.
If the trends reports are not available or a particular year group is missing, we recommend contacting your school's Sisra Administrator directly to ensure the Exams reports of the relevant cohorts have been correctly published.
Once in the report, by default, this will show Key Headlines, providing an overall summary of number of students included, Average Points per Entry, Average Points per Pupil and Overall VA for each year group side-by-side.
You can select a particular Headline Group from the dropdown to view more in-depth information based on that selected group.
If necessary, you can also filter the figures in the headline trends report by any Key Filter Value; Disadvantaged, Gender and SEN.
You can also include / exclude the year groups affected by COVID from the analysis using the 'Covid Years' toggle. (This can be disabled by default by your Sisra Administrator in CONFIG > Settings > KS5 Report Settings.)
On the right hand side there are options to 'Export Table Data' and 'Export All Headlines' should you want to export the relevant information into Excel.
