Overview
This article explains how to remove access to your school's OneDrive through your Juniper Website. When access is revoked, users will not be able to access content, for example, images or documents stored in your OneDrive.
Instructions
Follow these steps to revoke OneDrive access in Juniper Websites:
- Select Settings from the Website tab:
- Select Website Settings:
- From the Websites Settings window, scroll down and select Microsoft OneDrive:
- Check the box above Revoke One Drive access:
- Select Revoke OneDrive access:
- Select Save when you see the confirmation that the access has been revoked:
Outcome
- Your Juniper Website will no longer be able to access content from your previously linked OneDrive account.
- The OneDrive option will be removed so that users cannot select images / create file links when creating content.
- Those browsing your website will no longer be able to access any OneDrive files. The links will remain, but a 404 File Not Found error will display.
- OneDrive stored images are not visible.
If you restore your access (See Juniper Websites: How do I set up OneDrive in Juniper Websites?), the links will be accessible, and the images will become visible again.
