This article explains what Judgement Present Without Grade warnings are and how to fix them. 

As part of the upload process, Sisra Analytics checks the Attitude to Learning (AtL) judgements imported and flags any potential issues that could affect the integrity of the reports.

The Unknown AtL Judgement icon indicates that at least one student has a judgement imported, but does not have a grade uploaded for that qualification.

These warnings won’t stop you from publishing, but the affected student's judgements will not pull through to the reports, affecting their accuracy.

The instructions below work for both KS3/4 and KS5.

You must be an administrator.

Instructions

Follow these steps to resolve Judgement Present Without Grade warnings:

1. Confirm that the affected student(s) should have a judgement imported for this category.
   1. If Yes, move to Step 2.
   2. If No, remove the judgements to keep this area tidy and avoid any confusion:
      1. Select Grades.
      2. Select Grades Management.
      3. Select Data set and Assessment Collection (as applicable).
      4. Select the qualification's judgement count, for example, Attitude.
      5. Check students whose judgements you want to delete:
         
      6. Select Delete:
         
      7. When prompted, select OK to confirm the deletion.
2. Confirm that the affected student(s) should have a grade uploaded for the category.
   1. If Yes, either manually add the grades or upload a new grades file that contains the grade(s) in Grades >Uploads. To manually add the grades:
      1. Select Grades.
      2. Select Grades Management.
      3. Select Data set and Assessment Collection (as applicable).
      4. Select the Grades Count.
      5. Select Add Grade:
         
         
      6. When prompted, select the Student and enter their Grade, then select Add.
   2. If No, remove the judgements:
      1. Select Grades.
      2. Select Grades Management.
      3. Select Data set and Assessment Collection (as applicable).
      4. Select the qualification's judgement count.
      5. Check students whose judgements you want to delete:
         
      6. Select Delete:
         
      7. When prompted, select OK to confirm the deletion.

Outcome

Any Judgement Present Without Grade warnings will be fixed. Publish/republish your grades from Grades > Publish Grades.
