Overview

This article explains how to log into the Knowledge Hub from your device if you subscribe to Education HR Services.

Prerequisites

1. You must have a Knowledge Hub Username / Registered Email Address and Password. This will be issued to you when you subscribe to Education HR Services. 

Instructions

Follow these steps to open the Knowledge Hub and access your Education HR guidance, policies and templates:

1. Open https://junipereducation.org/customer-login in your web browser:
   
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to locate HR Support:
   
3. Select Access Education HR Support to open the Log In - Juniper Customers page:
   
4. From this page:
   
   
   1. Enter your Username or Email Address.
   2. Enter your Password.
   3. Select LOG IN.
5. You will be logged in to the Knowledge Hub.

Scroll down the page to the Education HR section, from which you can select a subject to find out more:
