  3. Consultant-led strategy sessions to reduce risk and strengthen culture.

HR Admin

  1. Templates and documents tailored to schools (contracts, letters, policies).
  2. Guidance on the compliant use of every document.
  3. Helps create consistency and reduces admin burden.

Wellbeing Module

  1. Staff wellbeing audit and online CPD.
  2. Mental health first aid and SEND-focused support.
  3. EAP and Schools Advisory Referral Services.

CPD & Essentials Training

  1. Core e-learning for HR teams and line managers.
  2. Topics from managing absence to safer recruitment.
  3. Unlimited access to bite-sized, role-based content.

Sidekicks (Specialist Services)

  1. Mediation and conflict resolution.
  2. Leadership recruitment and interview support.
  3. Employment law and legal representation.
  4. Interim HR cover or case management.
