Sisra Analytics: How do I change my timeout duration?

Overview

This article shows you how to change the Sisra Analytics timeout duration. Set the timeout duration to specify after how many minutes of inactivity the service logs you out. By default, this is set to 120 minutes (the longest duration).

Instructions

To change your Timeout duration:

  1. Select your details in the top right-hand corner of Sisra Analytics:
  2. From the Account Settings menu, select Change Settings:

    The Change My Settings window opens:
  3. Enter the number of minutes of inactivity in Timeout after (mins) that you want Sisra Analytics to time out after. When the number of minutes reaches the value you enter here, you will be logged out of Sisra Analytics.
  4. Select Save.

Outcome

The changes to the timeout will be saved. 

When you exceed that time limit, the system logs you out and the following message is displayed on the login window:
