Overview

This article explains how to reset the password for your Juniper Training Centre account if you have forgotten it.

Prerequisites

You will need your username or registered email address to reset your password for the Juniper Training Centre.

Instructions

1. Open https://trainingcentre.junipereducation.org/ in your browser.
2. Select Log In:
   
3. When prompted, select Lost password?:
   
4. When prompted, enter either your username or email address:
   
5. Select Search. A confirmation message is displayed:
   
6. Open the email that has just been sent to you from Juniper Education.
7. Select the link to verify your account:
   
8. A new browser window opens, prompting you to reset your password:
   
   
   1. Enter your new password.
   2. Re-enter your new password in New password (again).
   3. Select Save changes.

Outcome

Your password will be reset using the details you entered in Step 8.
