How do I extract school data from Pupil Asset in readiness for moving to another MIS?

What level of system access is required to extract data using exportAll?
The person running the reports must have ACCESSADMIN permissions and be logged into their Pupil Asset account before clicking on the link.
When is the best time to run the exportAll link?
Please note: This link must be run after all final data has been entered.
If you need the reports to be run again at a later stage, please contact Support for assistance.
What data does the exportAll link capture?
The export all link will create exportable CSV files for all mandatory data including
- attendance
- medical information
- consents
- class groups
- FSM and SEN information
- staff information including qualifications, contracts and medical information

How do I export my results data?
Results data can be accessed via the Statutory Results and Analysis tab. Use the available filter and display options to select the data you need.
Once your selection is made, you can download the data as a CSV file using the Download button (see screenshot below).
My new provider is requesting that the data is imported in a particular style. Can the format of the data be modified?
The format of the exported data cannot be modified. However, your new provider will be able to advise you on any product-specific adjustments that may be required to be undertaken by you to ensure a successful migration.
