Juniper Websites: How do I make an event reoccur?

Overview

This article explains how to make a calendar event reoccur. You can make an event reoccur when you create it, or edit it at a later date to make it reoccur.

Don't create recurring events manually in the website calendar if the event is already set up as a recurring event in an external calendar. This could result in duplicate events. Be aware that deleting a single occurrence of the event in your external calendar will not remove the corresponding manually created occurrence in the website calendar.

Instructions

From the Calendar Event window:

  1. Scroll down to the Recurrence pane and check This event recurs:

    The pane expands:
  2. Select the appropriate tab for your recurrence from Recurs Daily, Recurs Weekly or Recurs Monthly:
  3. Complete the details in the tab (see Reccurence Guidance below).
  4. Scroll down to the Exceptions pane:

    1. If there are any exceptions, check This event has Exceptions:
    2. Select Add Exception:
    3. Select the From and Until date range for the exception:
    4. Select Add Exception to add further exceptions and repeat the above steps until all exceptions are added.
